Baddd Swinger in Madera, CA...??

I was sitting in a parking lot after lunch today in Madera talking on the phone, minding my own business...

I heard it...duration and overlap...

I look to my right (to Gateway) and slowing down for the light is a fairly-big tire-tucked-under-the-rear, Weld Wheel wearin', pretty serious sounding 70-72 Swinger. Dark in color, maybe blue?? Maybe black???

By the time I got out onto Gateway it was gone...couldn't find him. But I'm curious: Who? What? etc...
