1971 340 Restoration reference photos

In comparison with most of the photos I've seen, it seems (with the exception of the idle solenoid) my engine bay is pretty darn close to being how Ma Mopar set it up.

I don't have the idle solenoid hooked up because when I got the car it had an Edelbrock carb already installed. The car runs so well I don't really want to take off the carb if nothing is wrong with it. I actually have the original 71 TQ (needs a rebuild) and another correct TQ still in the vacuum sealed box. Anyway, since the carb is pretty much hidden by the air cleaner, I figure I can always replace the Edelbrock if it ever acts up.

In a few weeks we'll be going to the MATS - maybe I'll find an idle solenoid there. I know DCS sells them too.

Also, I'm sure there will be some original 340s in attendance in Vegas - I'll be sure and bring my camera!!

In the mean time, I would like to find a color photo of the PCV and grommet, the steering box, and the p/s pump & cap. So, other than that, I think I'm good to go for now.
