That is a good starting point underneath for reference beginning. These measurements on top provide the exact placement as those provisions underneath are larger than the stud hole also provided on this thread is the correct placement for the air holes

I think the holes for the scoop studs are obvious under the hood, they are open through the underbracing if I remember correctly...
