Long time coming, but I'm building a little bracket car

Looking at your parts list, using a 4 inch crank, eddy heads, 10.8:1 compression (pump gas friendly), solid cam in the 250°/0.600 lift range, SS springs, snubber, good slicks, 4.10-4.30 gear...this should get you into the low 7's no problem.
