67' Barracuda 273 (Camshaft Results at the Track)

MVH,

We're not sure what we are going to do with these older profile Camshafts. All are in
excellent 'used' condition, and have not been abused.

The 273 'Loves the Crower' 'solid bumpstick', that we can atest to.

You must go back to a 'Solid Lifter' unit....if you want to be 'Commando'.

Though I do have to say, the 'Norris 273 Race' (1969 Profile)
idled so smooth, despite being listed as having a 'Lopey Idle'.
* .466" Lift
* 270* Duration
* 224* @ .050"
* 110* LSA
* 106* CL

That Camshaft would even work well with an Automatic Transmission, Stock Converter, and 3.55 Gears - as long as you have a good exhaust system.

Check out your local cam regrinder and see if they have the specs for these "oldschool"
Cams. Not saying give away anything. But I know the man at Camcraft wants
A oldschool D/Dart cam for his catalog:prayer:. I am trying to build a "tribute" engine for 68 dart and was thinking about the MP .484 .528 ,but after reading this thread I'm really liking these old vintage profiles.
