72 Scamp and 440 Work in Progress

So my neighbor came over today to help me with my valve train. Discovered i had a few pushrods hitting the side of the heads coming though. So we clearanced some room for them and things went together alot better. I had him come over because I did sense there was something that wasnt right but having never set it up before I didnt know if it were normal or not.
