Over-center spring install question...

It is out of a 70 340 Duster I bought last year. The clutch released high and stuck a lot. It had some bogus return spring under the dash that was an add on and didnt work. After reading this blog we pulled it last night. The clutch "latch"(?) is really bent up. We thought it looked like an assembly out of a 318 or 6cyl as shown elsewhere in this blog but it has the heavier 340 spring! What do you think? Doi you think it can be straightened, cleaned up and salavaged? Also, do you know where I cab get the bushing that goes on the pedal end of the Z-bar? Thanks.
