You should be able to replace the clutch pedal provided the frame itself is not bent. My suggestion would be to replace that entire pedal assemble with a heavy duty (340/383 type). I see them for sale here on FABO all the time. Check with Barracuda Kid (aka Eddie Combs,) I'll bet he has a good set .
