need new tool boxes/best bang for the buck

Despite some people's aversion to anything from Harbor Freight, their US General boxes are great. I've got their 5-drawer cart, and it's heavy as hell, the finish is excellent, the drawers slide really well and have decent latches, and it rolls well. They've got a number of different sizes, so I'm sure you could find one that works for you.

I looked at the Kobalt (Lowes), Husky (Home Depot) and Craftsman boxes before deciding to buy this one, and it beat them all hands down.
