Anybody using Passons' 4 spd o/d
ratio 2.66:1
1.59:1
1.10:1
.80:1
.......are the new ratios a good fit?

I dig the idea of the Passon "hemi" 4spd and the gear spread. I paid in full.....after 6 months they couldnt cough up a transmission so I got my money back. For me, their O/D is still a pipe dream.

I thought he was only having problems with supplying the new 5 speed tranny.

So now he can't even supply the 4 speed o/d as well? Not good.... Was the op buying the complete tranny or just the gear set to put in your tranny?

Man that is terrible to hear, because I plan on picking one up for the RB swap :/. I've got time...but six months and no progress would be a bummer.

double damn...I was going to ask if he's been able to spit those 5's out.

I would think that the ratio's would work well, but depends on your rear end gear and what you are trying to accomplish.

We have installed several of the 4 speed od units from them. I'm sure that he has them in stock. It's the 5 speeds that are not ready yet.For the price you can't do better. I like them more than the TKO 5 speeds(had 2).The last Passon 4/od was in a 73 Cuda 451 stroker 3.73 gears. The car got 20 mpg on the Hot Rod Power Tour.
Our thought is on the street you run out of road before you hit 4th gear anyway,Redlight/curve/traffic etc.So bang 1-2-3 cruise in 4th.
