Hopefully someone will post up that is more knowledgeable than I am on this subject. But it sounds to me that the clutch sense signal to the PCM is not connected. Good luck..
Luckily, BadAss71 told me what was the way to calibrate the gas pedal to the ECU recognize him perfectly. Much improved, now reaches approx. at 4500 rpm.
