PayPal safe?

The problem is when the buyer has hijacked someone else's paypal account.

When the owner of the paypal account realizes the situation he gets his money back and then paypal gets its money back from you.

This may take a few weeks or even a month if the paypal owner doesn't realize what happened really quickly. In the end you have no money and no car.

And the person that has your car has resold it having never registered in his name.
