1970 Dodge Dart Vin Number ERROR ???

Our friend here lives in Australia and may be having troubles registering the Carrie to this snafu. Yes, it's a mis-stamp, and the title should be correct to properly register it, and the dash plate is clearly wrong. At least the last 6 digits are the same, which identify the exact number of this car. The date stamp shouldn't matter when registering it, at least not as much as the last 6'digits, which are specific to your car only!!
