Good shocks (rancho/Calvert) will help, BUT, most of the time you are losing in 60' is likely in the front suspension. It's missing maybe 4 tenths in 60's time.

Forget the snubber, waste of money.

I'd buy a dynamic, ultimate, A1, ATI or TA converter.
