Which state to live in?

You may look into New Mexico. The city of Albuquerque is very nice! Like everything is there that you listed. Awesome mopar community there too. The weather is pretty predictable. By that I mean it isnt very bad. It is usually pretty nice and they do get nice winters.
My friend just moved from Circleville,OH to Albuquerque,NM and he loves it!
