Which state to live in?

Lord knows don't come to the south. All the history books talk about the great reconstruction after the civil war.....it's all bullshit. The south remains poor with high unemployment, slow economic growth and crappy paying jobs. I have a friend in Bentonville, Arkansas and he is always talking about how good the economy is there. I would do research and go wherever the strongest economy is.
