low buck 440 build questions.

Ok I need some input on my 440 build. The engine is a 73 440 from a motorhome. low mile under 30,000 no ridge can still see all the hone marks, no sludge and bearings still look new! Ok I know its not an a body but its going into a 73 charger.
My plans so far
stock short block, new rings and hone job.
Heads are 346 castings, large valves 2.14 1.81, ported
intake flow exh flow
.100 75 .100 53
.200 152 .200 103
.300 202 .300 138
.400 244 .400 172
.500 259 .500 186
.550 276 .550 192
.600 282 .600 194

Will be running a worked over old edelbrock ch4b manifold
Holley 750
The biggest problem is the compression. with head milling and a thin head gasket, looks like the best I can get is 8.3 to 1
so for a cam I was thinking a hughes whiplash http://www.hughesengines.com/Index/...V2hpcGxhc2ggTXVzY2xlIENhciBjYW1z&partid=25116
Or howards cam http://www.summitracing.com/parts/hrs-720581-10
1 3/4 long tube headers to 2.5 dual exhaust.
Car has 3.55 gears, and was looking at this for the converter http://www.summitracing.com/parts/tac-17805st/overview/

So which cam Or what would you recommend? Do you think this would be capable of getting a heavy b body into the 12s?
