starter relay?

Sure looks cobbled to me after looking at this schematic: http://www.mymopar.com/downloads/1965/65DartB.jpg
and this one. I copied it from my '64 Dodge Manual, and edited the non-starter portions out. I wouldn't think that ckt would change from year to year.
