Mopar Spring Fling Annual Car Show

Does anyone know what the hell spectator admission #3 means???

Was supposed to be racing this weekend, but some last minute issues and a busy week that didn't allow me to fix them has me free on Sunday IF the car is running right...Havent been to this event since I was a kid, so it might be cool to go with my own car this time around.
