15x8 Trim Rings ?? What's everyone using ?

I am curious as to why they had to be trimmed , I have see those , and they fit well.

Sorry I think the front wheels are 14 x 4.5''. The trim rings I had didn't sit snug against the rim outer edge. I trimmed off the inner lip and the rings go in hard up against the center.
