Anyone use non mopar seats and rails?

I did mine the way Mile High Dart mentioned.
I put the rear mounting frame just behind but right up against the back of the hump in the floor and raised the original brackets/sliders 2 inches off the floor.
Then raised the front 1 inch.
The seats I used were from a 91 BMW 325 and I had then recovered in the two tone.
The seat track for the BMW fit a totally flat floor so I had to vary the height of the front bracket mounts to adjust for forward/rear and left/right angles.
I have access to a welder and all the equipment and it took a good section of a day to get them done.

I also found that what works best is to get a bunch of 2x4 pieces and block one of the seats in for sitting in, to get the right height that I needed.
I am 6' 2" so I needed them a little lower than some might.
