we get a message from a higher level Braun rep stating that there was never a stop in production............. they in fact had them in stock!!! ................................What gives???
they inform me that our lift is sitting in their hands and they were just going to call ................................What gives??
She calls back with a big apology from "Margeret", no explanation ..................................What gives???
it will be done this week!!! I'm still just befuddled................
