After reading the "who flys" thread...

So, long shot here but may as well ask.

Going to be taking the vacation of a lifetime (for me and the GF anyway) in October, 10 days on a catamaran in the Caribean(sp?) Got a line on a 44' through an friend who's sailed down there for years and will handle the cap'n duties :) Leaving St Lucia heading to Grenada :cheers:

Always wanted to fly non-commercial, have heard a lot about looking for dead-head flights to save a bunch of $$ while still getting the experience of a chartered flight.

Anyone ever done this or have advice on how to go about it ? Any pilots here looking for an excuse to take the wife/GF/significant other that way ? :) It's probably out of my league anyway but if ya don't ask...
