I like chrome bumpers on classic cars myself. the car has to be built right to pull it off. my buddy has a really dark gray 69 Camaro with blacked out trim and the bumpers are black,looks great! but everything is dark and Camaro's have small bumpers.

Thats true smaller bumpers help to pull off the painted look but if you look at post 2304, the Chevelle bumper is actually bigger than a Dusters but the big problem with painted bumpers on a Duster is the fact that they are never Tucked in and fitted to the body. Mine will be smoothed to the body, front and rear and have 1/4" gaps to the fenders and quarters like the rest of the body panels. And mine will have everything Dark
