1974 Plymouth Duster for Sale $2.500

Hi, this is my first post, and I'm glad to be here. I have a drivable and sweet little Duster that is screaming for somebody to restore it or drop a 340 into it and restore it.

My wife drove this car for over 10 years to work, which is only a mile away. Its currently registered, licensed, and passes Texas vehicle inspection with out fail. She got her first new car, and now she is not the least interested in the Duster which is a good thing. I have been trying to get her to either fix it up or sell it to be fixed up, its just too straight and rust free "almost".

It has a 225 slant 6, a rebuilt engine in the crate was installed about 5 years ago using the old engines valve cover, intake and exhaust manifolds, carb etc. The wife was parked on a steep hill for several minutes in the summer while being two quarts low on oil, and the original engine seized. The "two quarts low" thing has been a sore spot for me since she was supposed to at least keep an eye on that.

The paint is original, the interior is too, and they look it but the paint still shines after 40 years in the sun. Every light on the car works, the horn, wipers, but the factory A/C has a leak in the evaporator and leaks the Freon out in a week or so.

It would take very little body work to have this perfect. Needs a complete wire harness, yet it all works.

Wanted to post pictures, but cant.. no URL address for them there on my computer. PM me for pics here is a walk around video.
