Enclosed trailer question

The smallest I had was a 24'. I can see a 20' working for the time being, and you can always market it as a landscape trailer or trade it in when the opportunity to step up comes.

One thing I didn't see mentioned, was to make sure it's a 102" wide. 8' wide trailers with the wheel wells make it very difficult to get out of the car. I'm sure most are 102's, but just thought i'd bring it up incase it's a older trailer.
