I am looking to buy either a 1969 Charger or an older style Hearse (no specific make, model or year) to restore. I am looking to spend around $1000 *CASH* but I will spend more for the right vehicle.

You can't buy ANYTHING that starts and runs reliable for $1K, that isn't powered by a 1 cyl, 2 cycle engine or a Briggs... Maybe a Tecumseh...

You couldn't get a bare shell of a '69 Charger for $1K, without a title.
