72 duster Build progress
moving onto the other half of the hood
before buffing and already shining up
after the first buffing pass
moving onto the rood (which might I add sucked haha)
came down the pillars and feathered in the sanding and buffing to transition into the sides that we had already sanded and buffed after the car was painted
and let the buffing commence
alot of stuff like parts of the cowl,the front pillars,some of the tops of the doors and around the rear pop out windows and around the rear window I had to hand rub because I couldnt get the buffer in to do the job.
and last but not least. here are some pictures after I rinsed the mess off of the car (still have to give it a real wash and shine it up...this was just to get all the dried on clear coat and rubbing compound off the car.
And my favorite picture I saved for last. nice profile of my truck and the duster.
sorry for all the pictures guys. like I said.....not that I havent been working on it....or that I havent been documenting the progress. Just havent had a whole lot of activity on the thread and figured if people havent taken the time to check in or post.....then my time would better be spent making larger updates fewer and farther between rather than try to post updates a few times a week.
