67 cuda formula s 383 4 speed car

it had an automatic in it when i got it. all the 4 speed stuff was gone except the pedals. it has been sitting in a scrap yard since the early 80's when i bought it ten years ago with all the windows knocked out in Alabama. Alabama will not issue a tittle for a car this old i have a bill of sale and since it hasnt been running i haven't tried to title it in mississippi.
