truck horsepower ratings

i have a 70 383 four barrel out of a sweptline truck and i was wondering if it has the same horsepower ratings as a car of the same year .....i looked on an internet search but there does not seem to be much info on trucks .....anyone know if truck engines differed and if so by how much?
