Thanks for the compliment. If you use the Jeep bushings that has a steel housing I would assume your motor plate would have to be steel and the steel housing is very thin. I made my aluminum bushing housings with 5/16" wall thickness. I want as much vibration engine dampening as possible with this set up.

My plan for next winter is to maybe just buy a complete Jeep XJ front lower control arm and cut it in half and however much of it as I need and just weld each of the "halves" to my K frame with the stock rubber bushings intact.
