Broadcast sheet 1974 Scamp

Ok, 1 thing that has bugged me since i decoded my fendertag is it says a Longitudinal Stripes, broadcast sheet says STRIPE Under 1st in V5X. under Vehicle Del. and Handling S/Bank S/Car 6 (1-6) under S/Car Finish is 7 (9-7).

I bet I already know this but for the WH/COV Covers or Delete 11, Road Wheels 84.

on the fendertag i've done some searching and haven't come up with anything for '556' its not the build date. Thanks
