1968 Valiant spotted

Saw a really nice '68 Plymouth Valiant 4 door in 200 trim with A/C in Cincinnati, Ohio today near the University of Cincinnati. The dash was particularly interesting as it was the rally style, I think this was an option. Car was clean and straight and looked like it had a red repaint but not recent. The rear bumper had a sticker reading, "If This Valiant Looks Blue.....You're Driving Too Fast"
Very neat car....does it belong to anyone here?
