I never heard of non-Mopar parts working, and hard to imagine that. Many people have used FMJ spindles (Aspen, Volare, ...) and a few have used B-body spindles. I think getting used spindles and UCA's mailed to you is the best option. You can get new tubular UCA's if you want the look and pay for it.
