We have a couple of cures for that here also. Called the "Chicago typewriter" or "Chicago boots".

The "Chicago typewriter" is a tommy gun (used by the mob in the Capone days)...

The "Chicago boots" is where you make them a pair of cement boots and dump them in a deep part of Lake Michigan (that keeps them from floating to the top)....
