what year is this and does it have a charcol canister?

here are some things i would do:

NGK ZFR5N 3459 plugs gapped to .037 with stock igniton
Standard Blue Streak Cap W/ Brass Contacts CH-410
Ignition rotor with brass contact

new PCV valve and new 3/8 hose
new valve cover breather and check hose for cracking
replace air filter (wix)
