Trucks have EGR block off plates, well the ones I seen did. I made mine out of plate. Why are you getting rid of EGR:? Its simple, doesnt rob power (turns itself off at WOT) and cools combustion chamber temps. Just make sure it works. Blown EGR diaphragms are a mechanics best friend.
