Hate my adjustable rockers, can i change them out for stock?

What cam is in it exactly? The MP ".508" cam is not a big deal and does not require adjustable rockers. the Comp ".508" may or may not, depending on the lifters that were ordered with the camshaft.
That being the case tho - I'd say adjusting them might have a better affect than replacing them. I find it best on a "mystery engine" (one I didn't build and don't have specs from) to pull th eintake off before I adjust them. Then I can see what they have for preload now, and can set them the way I want it. Sounds like you have them set with not enough preload.
