MoparMania 15

-
Yes, I am a Sask Mopar Member and will be making the 100KM cruze into Saskatoon tomorrow. Spent last night tweeking a few things on the Dart and will get er spit polished tonight. Got the bug screen on and full of preimium.
Last year I got one of the top 10 awards, see what happens tomorrow. The judging for the show is participant based.

I'm guessing the 65 is a little more complete than the pic in your avatar! Lol, enjoy the gang! Heck, I'm 20kms from Moparfest, and can't attend this year. :'(

I will be making the 200 KM drive in...bringing the Duster, but prob not entering in show as this is my big 1 day off & have to head back earlier.....that and I just rewired it and the interior is still needing a partial fixin' up. But need a fix to look at some Mopars!!!

Hello Cannucky, Sorry I never saw your Saturday post to realize that you were going to be at Mopar Mania. I looked at and admired your Barracuda, seen the BC Collector plates and never put it together untill now. My Black 65 Dart was parked behind you up against the building.
I wish we could have met. I wanted to open the hood on your car and have a closer look. I really like your interior, with those chrome inserts in the upolstery.
The attendance at this years show was a little light with around 52 cars. What did you think of the 65 Dodge Altered with the Hemi? Did you notice all the Pistol Grip 4 speed cars.
What is your Saskatoon Connection, or did you just cruze up for the weekend? I didn't see too many bugs on your car. Jason

Wow thats a lot of questions ,first off sweet dart ,the connection to toon is the car is going back home on the train after my problems in Kindersley ,the chrome bits are OE for deluxe interior , under the hood is filthy ,the AFX car was sweet , great show you guys put on ,met quite a few cool guys and yes there was a bunch of 4 speed pistol cars

Alright here's some pics mostly the A's

The big guy burnin' Diesel at the green Duster is me! LOL

Only had a couple hours to come look at some mopars, but next year I will be devoting more time & energy to attending/participation in car shows. It was good to see you there cannucky and our brief convo. Very nice 'cuda as well.

You have problems in Kindersley? Floyd Scribner (owner) at Hard Candy Customs is nothing but top notch & may be able to help you out in a bind for future reference.

Yeah Floyd is a great guy alright , last year he let Kimmer and I take over one of his lifts for half a day no charge , just wish he would put the proper motors back in his daughters race cuda eh ! The car went to the rail depot Monday morning to start it's journey home to me , I didn't want to trust it for a thousand miles with the noise it was making so I am starting a thread in the small block tech section on the tear down and inspection/ re-assembly of my stroker .
