If your talking about my truck, they came from some of the 60's annual kits. I don't think anyone has them in resin but if anyone did do them it would be Replicas and Miniatures Co of Maryland. I might have more sets but it's gonna take some digging as we are packing to move to our new house in a few weeks so I can't get to the tire box till after that.
