That is why I asked him to get help posting. Edinburg is a practically a border town. Seems like I saw news about schools teaching mostly in Spanish because English is a second language there.
That would not really surprise me much. Considering this country has always been and probably always be a multi language country. It would just be nice if everyone knew English and knew it well. First language or not. It is the central tounge of the country to communicate on.
Many of my co-workers speak English as a second language. That's just how it is in the big apple.
