Kickdown adjustment with Lokar cables

best way I found is to find the point at which the trans will shift to 3rd at about 25mph. This gives a little higher 1-2 shift and applies more line pressure under light throttle. The trick then is to "Adjust" your pull so that the cable is only pulled until the throttle lever is all the way forward at WOT. (not so tight it is fighting you throttle pedal). I had to move my pivot point closer to the center of the throttle shaft. Takes some patients but if you want some pop when shifting this works well. With our setup we NEEDED line pressure early as the car has a low stall and plenty of TQ.
