Kickdown adjustment with Lokar cables

That is why I was wondering how the car would respond with out the cable properly adjusted.

cable too loose the car will be in third gear in like 30 feet.

cable too tight then the car may not shift or shift at too high of a rpm..


some guys say that they needed to drill a new hole in the lever on the trans. i've never found that i have needed to do that.. i have always used a stock abody lever. it looks shorter than b or ebody cars so maybe thats th edifference..
