what year is your car? if its currently points then yes get the ignitor II and install this coil while bypassing the ballast resistor. if its not a points car everything still applies but you don't need the conversion kit.

then i would run the Standard CH410 cap, a brass tip rotor and Ebay 8.5mm wires

for the exhaust run 2.25 from the manifold back to the muffler, then 2.5" from the muffler to where ever you exit/stop
