There is a guy near me who does really cheap work and for most people that want a driver quality vehicle it would be ok. how he does it? Skimps on everything, prep work, taping and how much base/clear is sprayed on the vehicle. He cuts into panels with a "soft tape line and bufs it out. He doesn't use a paint booth. etc..
Again, i've had him do work for me on my daily driver work truck that was passable. On my dart... no way.
