Custom Neon Sign?

Has anyone ordered a custom neon sign from the Internet? I'm mostly interested in finding an honest supplier to deal with.

The standard signs are reasonably priced, but I wonder how much extra they charge for custom work? Our local sign maker wanted an insane price!
