Is this a deal?

If it is a steel crank, yes good deal, if it is a cast Eagle crank (which is probably is)...I would pass. Since you don't know if any of it is good, the price would need to be low enough to cover you should the whole thing be crap except what you can see...JMO.

edit: If it is disassembled, that would be a different story...It would be easier to tell what is good and what is not. The only gamble would be the block since you can't mag it on the spot (check for cracks).
