Heater\AC knobs

Does anyone know where I can find new chrome knobs for my heater\ac controls? If they are not being reproduced anywhere at this time I was going to try to make some out of chrome dice or use knobs out of a different car like a camaro that use a similar style and are readily available. Has anyone taken this approach?
