My Lame Research into 67 windshields

Starting to do research on "whut to do" about my windshield. Today I removed the trim and discovered that "I guess" what I have is 68--later trim that's been screwed to 67 gasket which IS MISSING the lock strip (The black photos at bottom)

The "parts" car I have is a 67 but it SEEMS to have properly installed 68 trim, which seems to mean that it's a 68 / later gasket, clips, and trim. I haven't seen my neighbor yet, so don't have a trim tool. (These are the "red" photos" at bottom)

I was searching around this afternoon, and came across this video which seems helpful (Going to be removing trim for painting this fall/ winter)

The plan is to inspect both windshields and pick the best one

Then decide if I want to pull the one out of the parts car and IF the gasket is OK, re--use it, or order a 68/ later gasket and use that

Photos below are my driving (black)67, and the parts car (red) Upside down chrome is I guess? 68 chrome which had been screwed onto 67
