Yes it will give you more throw at the fork.
You don`t need the OC spring with the CF kit.
Removing it will not give extra throw.
Adjust fork 5/32 play.

Rite extending the clutch pedal pivot will give more throw. Removing the spring will only keep the pedal from sticking close to the floor
